The producer's story
In the village of Târpești, Petricani commune, Neamț County is one of the most beautiful and interesting museums in Moldavia. Nicolae Popa, the museum's creator, known as a folk craftsman, artist, exceptional collector and writer, learned as a small child to make New Year masks, and later to sculpt in stone (sandstone) and wood, carving human faces with original features.
